HOW THE TRY BEFORE YOU BUY SCHEME WORKS:-

An exciting way to "try before you buy." Set up to assist those who have no deposit to purchase a new home at the moment and can therefore not obtain a mortgage.

The TRY scheme allows you to live in the home whilst saving a deposit to purchase it. Homes are available on 12 month assured shorthold tenancies with an affordable rent of 20% less than market rents.

You may have the option to purchase the property after 12 months, you would need to speak to the Sales Team after the 12 months if you were interested in purchasing the property on a Shared Ownership basis. Please note the option to buy the property is not guaranteed and will be at NCHA's discretion, based on an independent market valuation at the time.
