Holding Deposit

Once the referencing procedure is completed and all checks have passed, the holding deposit can either be returned to you, or put towards the first month's rent or deposit.
If the applicant withdraws their application or does not pass the referencing procedure by providing false or misleading information, the agent may retain some or all of the holding deposit.
