· Holding Deposit (per application): Upon approval of your application, a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent will be requested. This deposit may be retained if any pertinent party, including guarantors, withdraws from the application, furnishes materially false or misleading information, or neglects to sign their occupation contract (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or another mutually agreed-upon deadline).
