Clare Court is situated next door to the Victoria shopping Centre and a short walk from Nottingham Trent University city campus. Students attending The University of Nottingham benefit from a direct bus route to the university campus with the bus stop located within yards of Clare Court, while Confetti (NTU) is located opposite.
Each self contained studio has been superbly designed and has a contemporary kitchen with a four ring hob (induction), oven, 50/50 fridge-freezer and microwave. The studio also has a double bed, individual en-suite facilities, flat screen TV and generous study and storage space. While on every floor there are free laundry facilities.
