Home Office Visa Check, if applicable - No fee
Holding Deposit, to reserve the Tenancy subject to referencing - 1 week’s rent
Tenancy Deposit - up to 5 weeks’ rent
Payments in the event of default
Lost keys and/or security devices - The Tenant will be liable to cover the reasonable cost of replacement of these items
Late payment of rent - Where rent is at least 14 days overdue, the Tenant will be liable to pay interest on the outstanding rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate
Other Fees
Variation of Contract, change within the current contract - £50 including VAT, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
Assignment of Contract, change of Tenant within the current contract - £50 including VAT, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
Novation of Contract, provision of a new contract - £50 including VAT, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
Surrender of Tenancy - A Tenant will be required to make a payment for an early termination/surrender of the Tenancy Agreement at the Tenant’s request. The payment cannot exceed the loss suffered by the Landlord or the reasonable costs incurred by us as the Letting Agent
