We are pleased to offer two furnished double rooms in our 4 bedroom family home, available from 1 April 2026.

This is a live in landlord household, set in a peaceful location with a semi rural feel while still being well connected:

• Approx. 20 minute walk to Newcastle under Lyme town centre
• Approx. 15 minute cycle to Keele University
• Approx. 10 minute walk to local supermarkets

The property benefits from off street parking, expansive gardens, and a relaxed environment that feels tucked away but remains convenient for work, study, and daily life.

• Room 1 is a furnished double room with its own private shower cubicle and sink area, offering a greater degree of independence.
• Room 2 is a very large double room featuring beautiful, restored original 1950s, herringbone parquet flooring.

• One main family bathroom (shared with the family and Room 2) recently refurbished
• Two additional WCs/toilets, helping to keep mornings running smoothly - one upstairs and one downstairs
