Logun Court, Gun Lane, Lowestoft
Stepping inside, the apartment opens into a well-proportioned entrance hall finished with wood-effect flooring that continues through much of the living space, creating a clean and consistent feel from the outset.
Positioned at the heart of the apartment, the open-plan living area offers a generous and flexible layout with space for both lounge and dining furniture. Wood effect flooring runs throughout this room, complemented by a large window that draws in plenty of natural light. From here, a built-in storage cupboard is accessed discreetly from the living space, adding useful practicality without interrupting the layout. The living area flows naturally into the kitchen, which is clearly defined by dark tiled flooring. This space is fitted with modern shaker-style units, wood-effect work surfaces, and matching upstands, with a stainless steel sink set into the worktop. A fitted oven, hob, and extractor are in place, with ample cupboard and drawer storage arranged across the L-shaped layout.
The main bedroom is a spacious double room, finished with wood-effect flooring and offering plenty of room for a bed and additional furniture. A front-facing window allows good natural light, and the overall proportions make it well-suited as a comfortable primary bedroom. A second bedroom provides a smaller but well-laid-out space, ideal for use as a guest bedroom, home office, or dressing room, finished in the same neutral style with matching flooring and a window providing daylight.
Serving the apartment, the bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite comprising a panelled bath with a shower over and a glass screen, a WC, and a vanity unit with an integrated basin and storage below. Grey tiled flooring and full-height wall tiling around the bath area give the room a contemporary finish, with a heated towel rail and ceiling light completing the space.
Externally, the apartment forms part of a purpose-built block arranged around a shared courtyard area with paved walkways and planted borders. A secure communal entrance serves the building. The overall setting feels well-maintained and practical, offering a low-maintenance living option within a modern development.
