Should you decide to apply to be a tenant for this property through Find My Home, the followings are payable:
Reservation fee:
Equivalent to one week proposed rent set off as part of the first month rent. This fee is refundable only if a landlord did not accept the offer as set on the offer and reservation form and signed by the applicant. Any false, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant maybe considered a breach and which will allow the landlord and or agent to forfeit the reservation fee and to reject the application.
Inventory fee:
This fee is applicable at check in or check out.
This fee is depending on a rate card of an Inventory and check in out companies and on the size and content of the said property.
As per the tenancy agreement, a professional cleaning service have to be employed and or paid by the tenant at the end of the tenancy.
Terms:
