Should you decide to apply to be a tenant for this property through Find My Home, the followings are payable:
Reservation fee:
Equivalent to one week proposed rent set off as part of the first month rent. This fee is refundable only if a landlord did not accept the offer as set on the offer and reservation form and signed by the applicant. Terms:
