Administration Fee: 150 inc VAT per person these monies pay for the colleting and checking of references which may include employer, bank, guarantor, previous landlord and character. All legal documentation and tenancy negotiations will also be included in this price.
Credit Check Fee: 30 is payable to an external credit/referencing agency. This fee is only payable on properties where the landlord/lady requests so and you will be notified prior to viewing.
