Should you decide to apply to be a tenant for this property through Find My Home, the followings are payable:
Reservation fee:
Equivalent to one week proposed rent set off as part of the first month rent. Inventory fee:
This fee is applicable at check in or check out.
This fee is depending on a rate card of an Inventory and check in out companies and on the size and content of the said property.
As per the tenancy agreement, a professional cleaning service have to be employed and or paid by the tenant at the end of the tenancy.
Terms:
