Minimum Fee
Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide a management service, the Agent will charge and the Landlord will pay, a fee based upon 42% (inclusive of VAT) of the agreed rent for the period, not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.

Your deposit is usually one month of the agreed rent, however there are instances whereby a larger deposit is required.

Deposits, Administration & Reference fees are non-refundable.
If you fail to set up a standing order / direct payment a fee will be levied of 2.5% of the cash figure received. If not settled monthly, this will be deductable at the end of your tenancy. If rental payments are late a fee of 1% per day will be charged by the agency. Eg 1000 pcm late fee payable =£10 per day.
