What-s included?

All apartments come fully furnished to a high specification and will include a 3 piece bathroom suite, small double bed & wardrobe. In addition, kitchenettes contain a fridge with icebox, 4 ring hob & extractor fan as well as a small dining table & chair(s).

We-re the first accommodation provider to offer hype fast commercial standard speeds of up to 1GB with prices starting from as little as £22pcm! All residents will receive a free router inside their apartment, allowing us to give tenants the option to tailor their own internet package according to their personal usage.

Concierge and management staff will be on-site for your added convenience and security. Tenants will also have 24-hour access to the buildings- communal facilities which include a launderette & secure bike storage facilities.

Contract Info

6-month minimum tenancy (subject to successful references being passed)

A security deposit equivalent to one months rent is payable prior to moving in & will be protected by the DPS until the end of your tenancy.

We've also partnered with a company called Reposit which offers an alternative to paying a cash deposit. By using Reposit you can save a lot of money upfront as you will only need to pay the Reposit fee instead of a cash deposit. We still offer traditional deposit options if needed.

An added benefit of Reposit is fairer dispute resolution at the end of your tenancy. Government-backed deposit schemes can take 8 weeks to resolve disputes, whilst keeping your cash locked up. With Reposit, you keep hold of your money and only pay for what you owe.

Please note just like a normal deposit, you are still liable for any valid, end-of-tenancy charges. The difference with Reposit is that you keep control of your cash and only pay these if they actually occur at the end of your tenancy, rather than paying at the start.
