During the Tenancy
- Any change to tenancy agreement / terms - £50
- Missed Contractor Appointment (if arranged for tenant to attend) - cost of call out invoice
- Malicious Damage - cost of repair/replacement in full
- Fire Tampering - cost of repair/replacement in full
- Cleaning of Individual Rooms during tenancy (if required) - cost of invoice
- Any tenant requested items/works during tenancy, provided outside of the landlord's statutory requirements - cost of each item in full and cost of contractor invoice
- Any maintenance deemed the tenant's responsibility that the tenant does not want to complete themselves - cost of contractor invoice
- Loss of keys - £5 for standard keys / cost of invoice for master keys
