Each bedroom is furnished with a small double bed, Large double wardrobe, shelves, Desk with storage drawers, Computer chair and a white board. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom which consists of a large double shower, hand basin, mirror and shelf, heated towel rail and a toilet.
COMMUNAL ROOM
If you enjoy socializing or just like a change of scenery, then you can visit the communal room which is located on the ground floor next to the security/concierge office. The communal room is a large
space where you can chill out with friends on the spacious sofa or other seating, watch some TV, play some table tennis and table football or just use the desk area.

Our tenants safety is our top priority. Abode offers 24 hour on site security and adaytime concierge service. This is great for students who receive a lot of parcels as you will never have to worry about missing a delivery! Our on site security staff are always on site to accept parcels on your behalf as well as ensuring that the building remains secure at all times.

TENANCY LENGTH AND PAYMENTS
The tenancy agreement is for 52 weeks starting 1st July and ending 30th June.
We offer 50% discounted rent for 8 weeks of the summer period (from 1st July - 26th August) for non - occupancy.
Therefore, the rent payable is EQUIVILANT TO 48 WEEKS OF RENT.
If you can provide a UK based Guarantor then you can pay the rent in four instalments as follows:
1st July 2026 - 12 weeks of rent payable with 8 weeks discounted by 50% for non-occupancy (equivalent to 8 weeks of rent)
1st October 2026 - 16 weeks of rent payable
11th January 2027 - 16 weeks of rent payable
26th April 2027 - 8 weeks of rent payable
If you are UNABLE TO PROVIDE A UK GUARANTOR, THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM - You will simply need to pay your rent in two instalments as follows.
1st June 2026 - 50% of the annual rent payable
1st September 2026 (or on arrival whichever is sooner) - 50% of the annual rent payable
