About our 'Rent to Buy Scheme':

Rent to Buy is designed to ease the transition from renting to buying a home by providing a subsidised or intermediate rent for an initial letting period. The cheaper rent provides the opportunity to save towards a deposit to purchase.

If you are unable to purchase the property at the 5 year handover date which will be confirmed once we have taken handover or you don't want to purchase then you may be given notice by Yorkshire Housing to end your tenancy

* To be eligible you must have the intention of purchasing in the future.


* Household minimum earnings are RENT X 30.

* Be able to pass referencing checks (credit, employment and landlord).
