Rules for how fees will be charged for Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST) are different to how fees will be charged for Non-Housing Act Tenancies (nha). All our fees and charges are shown including VAT

ââ¬Â¢ Security deposit - Five weeks rent, rising to six weeks rent when the annual rent is in excess of ã50,000
ââ¬Â¢ Rent and Utility bills - Payable as outlined in the Tenancy Agreement Unpaid rent - Interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate, as outlined in the Tenancy Agreement
ââ¬Â¢ Lost Keys - Tenants are liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys or security device, including a change of lock or replacement of device if required
ââ¬Â¢ Amendments of Tenancy Agreement at Tenant's Request - A minimum of ã50 per change which could increase depending on the level of work required to carry out the amendment
ââ¬Â¢ Early termination (at landlord's discretion) All costs, fees and charges incurred by the landlord for allowing early termination including the agent's existing or re-letting fees
