One months’ rent must be paid in advance plus dilapidation’s deposit. This deposit is calculated at 5 weeks rent e.g. monthly rental £500 = deposit of £750 etc. This initial sum must be paid either by bank transfer by DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS.
