There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and three large fridges, one of which will be stocked prior to your arrival to help you settle in. There is also a cloakroom.

Upstairs are three en suite king size bedrooms and a fourth queen size bedroom. There is a modern bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

The pool house offers a further double bedroom and en suite bathroom and a sauna.

Externally the house benefits from a 12m outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub and is surrounded by stunning countryside. The property is set within a vineyard and guests are able to take beautiful walks through the vines.

There is a private car park for guest use.

From our offices in Henley on Thames follow the 4155 towards Marlow, taking a left turn after around two miles in Mill End towards the village of Hambleden.Follow the road upwards, passing Hambleden on your right, continue towards Skirmett and take a left turn up a single track road up a steep hill signposted to the Luxters Vineyard.Continue for around a mile where the house can be found on your right at the top of the hill.
