Proof of visa required immediately upon application & we must see original copies of photo id with all applicants in person before keys can be issued. Proof of address – A utility bill or bank/credit card statement dated within last 3 months. Holding deposit A holding deposit of one weeks rent (Rent x 12 divided by 52) will be required to secure a property for application & therefore be removed from the market. The amount will be held until the agreed tenancy start date then allocated towards the first month’s rent.
