To reserve a property, potential Tenants are required to pay a Refundable Holding Deposit of the equivalent of One Week's Rent. If for any reason the tenancy does not complete, the refundable holding deposit will be refunded in full to the Tenant. 2. A Security Deposit with a maximum of 5 weeks rent will be required to be paid at the Commencement of a Tenancy in addition to a months Rent amount. 3. If a Tenant loses a key, the Tenant will be responsible for the cost of a new key, without any mark-up of the cost. 4. If a Tenant requests a change to the Tenancy and the Landlord consents, then the tenant will be responsible for 20.83 gbp plus Vat (25 gbp including Vat) towards the referencing fee and 20.83 gbp plus Vat (25 gbp including Vat) towards the revision of the Tenancy Agreement. The total amount the Tenant would be required to pay towards this service is 41.67 gbp plus Vat (50 gbp including Vat).
