1st Month's Rent - the first month's rent will be paid via the online portal with the subsequent payments being paid via direct debit. on the date due each month.

Late Rent Payment Fees:Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate, for each day that the payment has been outstanding, is payable when the rent is more than 14 days late from the rent due date.
