BT fastest available broadband package (we don't have Virgin infrastructure here), TV Licence. (10%) Paid by tenant: Use of lights and electric sockets in your own room, via a smart private meter, online Pay As You Go top up. (no need for token or card). Average spend around £20-25 per month depending on use. Management The entire property is managed by our in house letting management firm.
