We are delighted to offer this well presented rental one bedroom apartment. The property is situated on the firstfloor within easy access of the lift to our outstanding on-site facilities including the restaurant, bar, reception, library, luxury urban dry spa, woodland gardens and café.

You enter the apartment into a hallway, which provides access to all rooms and a storage cupboard.

A well-planned, fitted kitchenette offering base units, sink and drainer, worktop space, built-in microwave, and an under-counter fridge freezer

The modern living / dining room is bright and airyfeaturing a lovely sunny outlook over woodland. The room includes an attractive feature fireplace and TV/satellite connection points.

A comfortable double bedroom with space for wardrobes and a double bed, complete with access to the en-suite shower room.

A generously sized, beautifully tiled shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, WC, and washbasin set within a fully fitted vanity unit with storage. Additional features include grab rails and ceiling downlights.

Outside, residents have access to beautifully maintained grounds, carefully tended to by our village gardeners.

Richmond Villages Cheltenham welcomes residents who are 60 and over. We also warmly welcome pets as part of the family.
