We are looking for a single lodger for this large ensuite bedroom in the sought-after Eddington development. Due to the family dynamic we would prefer a female tenant for this property.

You will be living with the resident landlord and her family. The family who reside in the house are the mother and teenage son. The family spend around half of the year out of the country, so the majority of the time you will enjoy sole occupancy of the property.

Your room (including the ensuite bathroom, floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and private balcony) is located on the first floor of the property. Your room offers secure accommodation with the door having a built in lock.
You will share the kitchen/lounge and the other parts of the house with the landlord. The open plan living space is located on the second floor of the home, offering a large well equipped kitchen, large dinning table and living room space. The living space is extremely bright and spacious with around five metre ceiling hight and access to a large balcony area.

The landlord doesn't have a car so there is an option to use the garage if you have a vehicle or for secure bicycle storage.
