Travel Support Contribution

We will include a £650 per student travel support contribution.

This will be provided as a monthly credit of approximately £54 per month.

The credit will be applied directly to the tenant account on a monthly basis during the active tenancy period, up to a maximum of 12 months.

This contribution is designed to support general travel and commuting costs to and from university.

Single Person Tenancy Agreement

• You’re only responsible for yourself and your rent, we take care of the rest
• Your guarantor is only responsible for you, not other students in the house.
• Giving you independence and peace of mind
