This is a luxury two bedroom self contained apartment with open plan kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (52 sqm) on the first floor of the Alum Chine Beach House.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms both have queen sized beds. Bedrooms and lounge have freeview flatscreen TVs.

This apartment runs from one side of the building to the other with one bedroom looking out onto a quiet residential road from the bedroom while the open plan lounge opens onto the chine.
