We are private landlords who have experience of being renters... we pride ourselves with being decent landlords with this being our old home before moving down south. 

The house is modern throughout, private parking for two cars out front and in a good location (a couple minute walk to local shops on the Chester Road or transport links into the city centre). 

Downstairs we have a good size open plan living room with under-stair storage, WC and kitchen/diner with fitted fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. We also had the loft boarded out with a pull down ladder for easy access. The whole house has good quality carpets and neutral decor throughout.
