LOCATION - A 10-15 minutes troll to the University of Birmingham, if looking at one of the City Centre Uni's, easy bus ride, on a bus route with buses every 7 minutes. Major supermarkets within walking distance

BUDGET - All our rooms give great value for money, all-inclusive of bills (with Wi-Fi). Individual contracts so they don't get lumped paying for someone else even if they share a flat.

IN HOUSE - The Halls are managed direct, no third parties, we are the Landlords most staff are in house, this means if there is a maintenance issue, we deal, faulty equipment, we deal. We have a 24/7 phone line for emergencies and maintenance

LIVING CONDITIONS - The Halls are really warm and comfortable, the communal areas cleaned weekly, we keep on top of things, making sure the kitchens are hygienic and ready to use. The building is new with a structured summer maintenance plan

STAFF - Very friendly, we listen to our students and try to make all happy, in particular individual bookings, we try our best to get the right mix of flatmates to optimise the student experience while still providing a healthy study environment
