* Safety - Our students are our priority, we have 24/7 security, we are located in a quieter area of Harborne, but close enough to local amenities
* Location - closest is around a 15 minute walk, furthest away 25 minutes, both walks are well lit for the winter months and in safer areas
* Budget - All are great value for money and all inclusive of bills (including amazing Wi-Fi), we do have rooms for any budget
* In House - The Halls are managed direct, no third parties, we are the Landlords most staff are in house, this means if there is a maintenance issue, we deal, faulty equipment, we deal. We have a 24/7 phone line for emergencies and maintenance
* Living Conditions - All of our properties are warm and comfortable, no damp and regular inspections to make sure the standard is kept up.
As said, we direct manage, so if you student is coming as a solo booking into a house share or you would prefer them to have their own studio, we do our best to make sure any of the sharers match and/or neighbours fit.
One of our staff members will have contact with each student prior to finalised allocation just as an additional measure to help with this.
The best thing though is that each time you contact us, it will be part of our team exclusively looking after our 2 sites in Birmingham. We do have a 24/7 answering service but the main functions are all dealt with in house.

About Riverside Studios

The studios are set aside from Cadnam Hall, our main student accommodation but share the facilities, such as the 24/7 security, reception and a new gym for all residence, also 24/7.
The studios include all bills in the rent and each has free internet, both WiFi and plug in!
