The house is ideal for mature students with its large driveway for multiple cars and being a short walk/bike ride to Cranfield university. There is also a bus stop is directly outside the property with regular buses going to the university, Bedford central and Milton Keynes Central.

The property and rooms are fully furnished and have been renovated to a top standard. The rooms contain internet, TV’s, desks, Ottoman beds (lift up for additional storage) and wardrobes. We try to be the best in the business by providing three large fridge freezers, two washing/dryer machines, the fastest internet available.  There is also a large communal conservatory area perfect for studying.

The property itself is a good size with a large garden and driveway plenty of parking space as the majority of tenants do not have cars .

The property has a regular cleaner and gardener too.

All rooms are completed to a very high spec including 32” LCD TV's, freeview, WiFi broadband internet access, ottoman beds, study desk and chair.

In September 2024 our property is available for the new student intake academic year 2024/25 at Cranfield University.

The rooms are single occupancy and a month’s deposit and the monthly rent will be required upfront.

The rooms are £700 for the larger ensuite, £650 for the slightly smaller ensuite, £600 for the large double and £550 for the single. The rent includes all bills are charges. There is nothing else to pay.
