All homes are semi detached residential park homes built to or to exceed the British Standard 3632 - This standard has brought residential park homes more in line with conventional types of housing. All homes are fitted with as standard, smoke and co2 sensors/alarms, fire extinguisher, extractor vent in bathroom, double glazed windows, individually isolated wall mounted heating.
Each home has its own outside space.

Bathroom - WC, Sink, Heated Towel Rail. Dependant on model of home - Shower over bath or
Rectangular glass shower enclosure with shower.
