Rent to Buy is designed to ease the transition from renting to buying a home by providing a subsidised or intermediate rent for an initial letting period. The cheaper rent provides the opportunity to save towards a deposit to purchase.

Household income must not exceed £80,000. Minimum earnings are RENT X 30.
